Access your RESIDENT CENTER to pay rent online, submit apartment maintenance requests, receive apartment announcements and perform all general apartment inquiries.

PAY RENT ONLINE
43 North Apartments allows free, online, ACH rent payments through the RESIDENT CENTER. To access the RESIDENT CENTER to view your apartment lease, submit apartment maintenance requests, and setup your automated rent payments, please follow the steps outlined below:

Click the "Pay Rent" button below.

Enter the email address that was used on your rental application.

Click forgot password (if you haven't already accessed the system through the welcome email)

Using the password emailed to you, log in to the RESIDENT CENTER accordingly.
Once you have logged in to the system, access the "Home", "Payments", "Requests", "Announcements", "Documents", and "Contacts" pages as needed. Should you need further support, please access the Resident Help Center by clicking on the upper right drop down menu and selecting "Help Center".
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
We address all resident maintenance concerns with prompt response, but response time may vary based on the degree of urgency.
Please use the table below to quantify the degree of emergency and address maintenance requests as needed via your online RESIDENT CENTER.
All maintenance requests shall be entered via your online resident portal.
General Maintenance Classification

Item does not risk further damage to property, status will not worsen

Item is not a threat to the health and safety of occupants

Item can remain in current status for the next 12-24 hours without impact to residents
Emergency Maintenance Classification

Item is actively damaging property and cannot be contained

Item is risking health of occupants if it gets worse

The current status of item is impacting multiple tenants from varying units
